You may recognize the plugins by one of the Facebook logos (white "f" on a blue tile or a "thumbs up" sign) or with the additional sign "Facebook Social Plugin". The list and the appearance of the Facebook social plugins can be found here:
If you call one of our websites which contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The contents of the plugin will be transmitted from Facebook directly to your browser, which integrates them into the page. Therefore we don´t have any influence on the data Facebook collects with this plugin. Therefore we inform you according to our knowledge:
By integrating the plugin Facebook receives information that you have called the appropriate page on our website. Are you logged in with Facebook, Facebook can assign your visit to your Facebook account. When you interact with the plug-ins like pressing the Like button or leaving a comment, the corresponding information is sent directly from your browser and stored on Facebook. If you are not a member of Facebook, there is still the possibility that Facebook gets to know your IP address and stores it.
Purpose and scope of data collection and further processing and use of data by Facebook as well as your rights and settings to secure your privacy may found in the Facebook privacy policies: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php.

Use of the Google "+1" button
Our website uses the "+1" button of the Google social network, which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043. The button is marked with a "+1".
The "+1" button is a shortcut for "that's pretty cool" or "look at that." The button is not used to capture your visits on the web.
If one of our websites contains the "+1" button, your Internet browser will load this button from Google's servers and display it in your browser. The website you are visiting on our site is communicated to the Google server automatically. When displaying a +1 button, Google does not permanently log your browsing history, but only for a period of up to two weeks.
During this period Google keeps the stored data of your visit to this for system maintenance and troubleshooting purposes. These data are howsoever not structured by individual profiles, user names or URLs. This information is not even accessible for website publishers or advertisers. The use of this information is only for maintenance and debugging in Google internal systems. Your visit on a page with a +1 button is not evaluated in any different way by Google.
A further evaluation of your visit to a web page with a "+1" button does not take place.
The assignment of +1 itself is a public process, which means that anyone who performs a Google search or calls for content on the web, which you rate with "+1" can see potentially that you have given the the content in question a +1. So, you should only give a +1 if you're very sure that you want to share this recommendation with the whole world.
Clicking this button serves as a recommendation for other users in Google's search results. You can tell in public that you like our website, that our website meets with your approval or that you can recommend our web site. Have you registered for Google + and are logged in, then the +1 button turns blue when clicked. In addition, the +1 is added to the tab in your Google profile. On this tab you can manage your +1 and decide whether you want to make the +1 Tab publicly.
In order to save +1 recommendations and make them publicly available, Google captures information from your profile about the URL you suggested, your IP address and other browser-related information. If you cancel your +1, this information will be deleted. Any of your +1 recommendations are listed on the Tab +1 in your profile.
For more information about privacy in the use of the +1 button, please consult the following link: https://www.google.com/intl/de/+/policy/ +1button.html.
The clause to use the Google "+1" button was created by Kanzlei Gerstel (German version) and can be found here: http://www.ab mahnberatung.de
Use of Twitter plugins (e.g., "Twittern" button)
On our website, so-called social plugins ("plugins") of the microblogging service Twitter, which is operated by Twitter Inc., 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA ("Twitter") are used. An overview of the Twitter plugins and their appearance can be found here: https://twitter.com/about/resources/buttons
When you visit a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser connects directly to the Twitter servers. The content of the plugin is sent directly by Twitter to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Twitter is informed that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a profile on Twitter or just have not logged into Twitter. This information (including your IP address) is sent directly from your browser to a server from Twitter to the USA and stored there.
If you are logged into Twitter, Twitter can directly assign our website to your Twitter account. If you interact with the plugins, for example, press the "Twittern" button, the corresponding information is also sent directly to a Twitter server and stored there. The information is also posted to your Twitter account and displayed to your contacts.
